  1. How do I know if there is a balladins hotel where I'm going?

    Enter the name of your destination in the "Book my balladins” search engine. Or go to the “Find my balladins” tab and click on “France” to view the map of France. The location of our hotels is marked by the letter “b”.

  2. How can I find out the price of my future room?

    Just do a simulation in “Book my balladins” search engine or to go to the hotel information page and enter your desired dates.

  3. How do I book a room on balladins.com?

    Easy peasy! And in addition, you have several opportunities via the “Book my balladins” search engine: Enter the name of the city you want in the search engine and your desired dates in the "Find my balladins” tab: - Via the “My special offers” tab in the menu or the homepage banner of balladins.com

  4. How can I find out about the availability of my hotel?

    Once again, you have several options: - Enter the name of the desired city in the “Book my balladins” search engine; click on the city name in the “All balladins hotel” menu tab and do a simulation of a reservation. In both cases, if the requested hotel is not listed, this means that it is full or not available on the desired date. We will then suggest you the nearest balladins hotel

  5. At balladins, your best friend is also our best friend. You can find here the rate applied for pet, cat or dog.

    We are glad to welcome your pet in our hotels. This is marked on the hotel page by a pictogram. They can accompany you to your room, which entails an additional rate per night. This amount varies depending on the hotel. Of course, for everybody’s well-being, they can not accompany you in the breakfast room.

  6. How can I be sure that my reservation has been accepted?

    The number communicated to you at the end of your reservation guarantees you that th reservation has been accepted and registered. You can find this number on your booking confirmation you will receive in your inbox: You will receive within 24 hours after your reservation a confirmation email at the email address you provided.

  7. What is the latest when I can make a reservation online?

    Make sure to make the booking online by midnight if you want to book a balladins hotel for the same evening. You can check, change or cancel your reservation online. However, we recommend you to check in advance if the hotel has a night watchman at night or a 24/7 information point.

  8. How many rooms and nights can I book in one go on balladins.com?

    You can book up to 5 rooms by type of room depending on the availability of the selected hotel. Larger group?   9. I have not received a reservation number at the end of the booking! What should I do?

    Are you sure you have correctly entered your bank account information and all other data? If this is a technical problem, please accept our apologies! Please contact our Reservation Centre by phone at 01 55 85 93 62* and say “balladins” (9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday) or call directly the concerned hotel. * €0.15 including taxes/minute from landline.

  10. Is it necessary or mandatory to give my bank card number when making my reservation on balladins.com?

    We can not record and confirm your reservation without you entering your bank details. But rest assured, all your bank details are encrypted in SSL format.

  11. What are the risks if I provide my bank card number on balladins.com?

    To ensure your safety and a greater confidentiality, our website uses the SSL encryption protocol. Whilst transferring data online, the information entered in different forms is automatically encrypted. Te Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption system allows to automatically encode data before transferring them online. It will be decrypted only once on our server. SSL is now the most reliable and widespread solution. To be sure that your browser is compatible, check if there is a key or padlock icon.

  12. My account is automatically debited at the time of the booking or do I pay for my stay upon my arrival at the hotel or upon my departure?

    It is only a guarantee of the reservation, and your account will be debited upon your arrival at the hotel. However, to get the lowest price, it is possible to pay the rates in advance. In this specific case, bank credit card will be charged.

  13. Can I cancel or change on balladins.com a reservation made directly with the hotel or via the Reservation Centre?

    Click on the "Find my reservation” to log on to balladins.com. You will then access all the information regarding your reservation. Select your stay and view or cancel the concerned reservation until no later than 6 pm on your arrival date. If you want to change your booking, and if in accordance with the General Conditions of Sale, call the Reservation Centre at 01 55 85 93 62* and say “balladins” (from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday) or call directly the concerned hotel. * €0.15 including taxes/minute from landline.

  14. Can I book online and call the hotel directly to cancel or change my reservation?

    You can still cancel or change your reservation online.

  15. If I cancel or change my initial reservation, will my stay be charged anyway?

    If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, you must do so by 6 pm on the same day by contacting directly the concerned hotel; please remember to mention that you made the reservation online. You can also call the Reservation Centre at 01 55 85 93 62 and say “balladins”. * €0.15 including taxes/minute from landline. After this time, your first night will be charged and the remainder of the stay will be automatically cancelled.If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, you must do so by 6 pm on that same day.   18. How can I get free and unlimited Wi-Fi in the balladins hotels?

    Because the b@lladins hotels are and will remain connected, it is very easy to connect to the Internet. Simply search for available networks and connect to the “balladins” network.

  19. Early or late riser, what time can I have my breakfast?

    Self-service breakfast is available from 6:30 am to 10:00 am on weekdays and from 7:30 am to 10:30 am on weekends and public holidays. Some of our hotels offer extended hours - please ask for more information at Reception.

  20. I have not booked breakfast. Can I take on a certain day?

    Talk to our hotel and make your way to the breakfast room to enjoy our delicious pastries as beautiful as tasty.

    Do you have an issue that was not resolved on the spot? The balladins hotels are committed to providing impeccable services. Please let us know your concerns as soon as possible at the hotel Reception and we will do our best to sort it out as quickly as possible.

  22. How can I contact the balladins teams outside of Reception opening hours?

    You have 24/7 support by calling the numbers listed at the Reception of the hotel when the latter does not have a night watchman service.

  23. How can I share my "balladins experience”?

    After staying at one of our balladins hotels and booking the best rate on balladins.com, you will quickly receive a satisfaction questionnaire. Your response will not be visible on our website, but this will help us improve the quality of our hotels.
